Ahi tuna

Seared ahi tuna with a balsamic reduction.

Recipe

  1. Coat tuna with spices, salt and pepper.

  2. Cook for 2 minutes on each side in a pan with oil over high heat.

  3. Deglaze pan with vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic.

  4. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over or along side sliced tuna.
